Our newest Personal Trainer Cameron, is young, motivated and full of energy! Throughout his own weight loss journey, he found a passion for helping others to achieve their own training goals. As well as his Personal Training qualification he also studied a Nutrition Certificate and is your go to for all of your Food, Diet, Fat Loss & Muscle Gains questions.
Jeremy (left) a part owner of Peak 24 Fitness & PT brings to us 11 years experience in the fitness industry – Specialising in weight loss, muscle gain and rehabilitation.
When he’s not at Peak and spending time with his family, Jeremy plays baseball locally for Goodwood Baseball Club. His passion for baseball started at a young age, and since he has played at an elite level both in Australia and the USA.
It is Jeremy experience as both the trainer and the athlete that he can pass on to you! Making him another invaluable member of Team Peak!
