Peak High Intensity Interval Training (PHIIT POWER)

Our PHIIT Power is an all levels session suitable for all fitness levels!

PHIIT Power is an all-round heart pumping workout!

Movements are big! Involving every muscle working together to help you smash your goals faster!

 You’ll be pushing yourself to new limits before you know it!

Including a wide variety of cardio, bodyweight, strength and TRX exercises you will have your heart pumping, and burn be burning fat FAST!

Please remember practice makes perfect! So if you struggle a little in your first class – that’s okay, you will do better next time and our instructors will

guide you every step of the way.

 

 

 

 

 

Boxing

Following the principles of our PHIIT PowerPHIIT Boxing works through a series of fast paced, short but intense intervals.

 Incorporating body weight exercises, boxing combinations and strength training to achieve fast results!

PHIIT Boxing is a fun workout, focused on increasing your cardio fitness, while toning your whole body.

With our qualified fitness instructors individually tailoring each class, this workout can easily be adapted to any fitness level.

Push yourself to new limits with PHIIT Boxing!

With no prior experience necessary, join us for an  boxing session and work up a sweat!

 

 

 

Strength

PHIIT Strength is a fusion of exercises designed to tone and strengthen every muscle in your body, even the one’s you’ve forgotten you have!

It’s a perfect way to get stronger with the motivation of a group environment!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yoga

 

Our Yoga is the perfect way to finish your day! With small intimate classes our yoga is designed to help you improve your core, balance and flexibility.

With a nice relaxed environment and  experienced instructors you will walk out feeling a lot better then you did walking in!

All classes are catered to all experience levels for both beginners and regular yoga attendees

STRENGTH FOR LIFE

At Peak 24 we believe age should be no barrier to regaining your strength and balance! To help promote strength training for over 50’s we run an accredited tier 2 SFL program implemented by our fully trained fitness instructors.

Through our structured programming we aim to encourage older people to engage in strength training and experience the benefits strength training provides to their well-being and general lifestyle.

WHY SHOULD OVER 50’S BE DOING STRENGTH TRAINING?

Research shows that strength training can alleviate the effects of chronic conditions such as Arthritis, Type 2 Diabtetes, Osteoporosis and Heart Disease.

It can also improve:

  • balance and reduce the risk of falling
  • mental wellbeing
  • body composition (more muscle, less fat)
  • self esteem and self-confidence
  • low back pain
  • older people’s ability to undertake activities of daily living and maintain an independent lifestyle

This will be written to suit your personal needs and gives you a plan to follow to get your strength training on track!

CASUAL CLASS $7 P/CLASS

These are conducted by our SFL qualified Group Fitness Instructors and have several participants training together to keep it social while you get your workout in.

UNLIMITED 24/7 GYM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDING SFL CLASSES

$12.90 P/WEEK + $60 JOINING FEE

Get access to our 24 hour access gym to use equipment any time that suits you as well as your SFL group classes all included in one low price paid on a fortnightly basis.
