Kids Strength and Fitness Classes

At Peak 24, we are excited to offer fun and engaging fitness classes tailored for kids aged 10-16. These sessions are designed to build strength, confidence, and a lifelong healthy relationship with exercise. We specialise in working with athletic kids with a background of both Baseball and Field Hockey.

Class Details:

  • When: Every Monday to Thursday @ 4:00 PM
  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • Structure:
    • 30 minutes: Individualized strength program tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities.
    • 15-20 minutes: Group circuit training for an energetic and dynamic finish.

Our Focus:

  • Fun & Challenging: We prioritise making exercise enjoyable while encouraging kids to push themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Technique & Progression: Our experienced trainers emphasise proper form and gradual improvement to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Healthy Habits: We aim to inspire a positive approach to fitness and wellness, setting the foundation for a lifetime of healthy living.

Pricing:

  • $20 per week for one class per week
  • $30 per week for unlimited access to all four weekly classes

A four week program designed to ease into a healthy exercise routine. The goal of this kick-starter is to empower you to be the strong capable women we know you can be!

Instead of overloading with tons of information and trying to get you to improve everything at once we work on thing at a time. Each week will have a new focus that we will implement and turn into an everyday habit.

This program can include group classes and/or your own individualised workout routine. You will get weekly sessions with our coach Mikayla who will cover the basic principals to make sure your lifting safely and correctly.

We cover the basics of nutrition and how you can eat not only to look more toned but can energy and nourish your body.

If you are unsure if this program is the right program for you. You can book in for an obligation free gym tour where you can familiarise yourself with the non intimidating gym and coaches.
